White House Celebrates Halloween With Candy, Music & Decorations

In a spirited celebration outside the White House earlier today, a number of government agencies came together to enthrall the little ghouls with Halloween entertainment. The U.S. Air Force Strolling Strings were on hand with original renditions of "Ghostbusters" and "The Addams Family," among others, and NASA and the U.S. Department of Agriculture provided interactive activities. The president and the first lady also made an appearance, handing out candy and taking photos with children in costume.
