We have an all new story and layout for 2025 that takes you back to the 1800's with the Holloway Twins in their old Victorian House that has trap doors, secret passages and ghosts walking through walls.
?Make sure to visit this year's Haunt with TWO attractions this year at the Fredericksburg Fairgrounds starting Thursday, October 23rd. The old Victorian-style indoor Haunted House and the all-new Haunted Hayride, "Harvest of Shadows," take you for a ride through a haunted barn.

?This year's Haunt is supporting Musicians and Veterans with Disabilities through the Bill Carroll Foundation (www.BillCarrollFoundation.org). You'll help fund our programs, spread awareness, and deliver our Mobile Immersive Educational Recording Studio (www.IMERS.Education) to the local schools, Veterans, private students, and organizations that we support.

2025's newest 2nd added attraction, "The Harvest of Shadows" haunted hayride, is an immersive horror experience designed for thrill-seekers and fall festival goers. Guests ride through the fairgrounds, which culminates in a terrifying journey through a haunted barn. The barn is inhabited by scarecrow monsters, possessed farmhands, and supernatural forest beasts that interact with the hayride in unexpected ways. It is this year's second Haunted Attraction.
For October 26th, Sunday from Noon til 4pm we'll host a family kid-friendly Haunt with similar special effects but with a bit lighter experience that's usually not there at night for the adults on the inside, free family-friendly music entertainment and a Haunted Hayride included with your paid ticket. Enjoy food, drinks and goodies while visiting our Haunted House during this time. Also includes characters more suited for children.

At The Gate - $20 for Children up to 8 yrs of age.
$25 for anyone over 8 yrs of age.

From Richmond, VA and points South, to 2400 Airport Avenue in Fredericksburg, VA, using I-95 North, follow these directions:
1. Make your way to I-95 North.
2. Stay on I-95 North for approximately 55 miles (from Richmond area).
3. Exit for Fredericksburg: As you approach Fredericksburg, look for the exit for US-Route 3 EAST (Exit 130A) toward Fredericksburg.
4. Take (Rt 3) William St and Blue and Gray Pkwy to US-17 BUS S/VA-2 S/Dixon St. towards Tappahannock/Bowling Green on right. Approx 2.5 miles.
5. Continue straight, take a right-hand turn onto Oldfield Street.
6. Fredericksburg Fairgrounds is right in front of you at Stop Sign.
From points North (Washington DC) using I-95 South.
1. Once you approach the Fredericksburg area, stay in the local Route 3 Fredericksburg Exits lanes.
2. Exit for Fredericksburg: As you approach Fredericksburg, look for the exit for US-Route 3 EAST (Exit 130A) toward Fredericksburg.
3. Merge onto Route 3 East: Take (Rt 3) William St and Blue and Gray Pkwy to US-17 BUS S/VA-2 S/Dixon St. towards Tappahannock/Bowling Green on the right. Approx 2.5 miles.
4. Continue straight, and take a right-hand turn onto Oldfield Street.
5. Fredericksburg Fairgrounds is right in front of you at Stop Sign.
From points East (Route 2)
1. Take Route 2 (Tidewater Trail) into Fredericksburg to a left-hand turn onto Lansdowne Road.
2. Take an immediate right-hand turn onto Airport Avenue. Fredericksburg Fairgrounds entrance on your left.
